Dsh2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the dsh2 platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before using any of our services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account on the dsh2 platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts. During registration, you must provide your full name, valid email address, phone number, and other requested information.
The information you provide during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. Any changes to your personal information should be reported to dsh2 via customer support channels within a reasonable timeframe.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. dsh2 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence in safeguarding your password.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact dsh2 customer support immediately. We strongly recommend using a strong password and never sharing your login credentials with anyone.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
By using the dsh2 platform, you agree not to engage in the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to exploit or manipulate gaming or betting systems;
- Sharing your account information or allowing others to use your account;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform;
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the dsh2 platform’s technical infrastructure;
- Distributing offensive, harmful, or illegal content through any communication channels within the platform;
- Using the platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts without prior notice. dsh2 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activities to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
Currencies and Payment Methods
All transactions on the dsh2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, MAE) and online banking via FPX. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. Should an unexpected delay occur, users may contact dsh2 customer support with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal Requirements
Withdrawals may only be made to accounts or e-wallets registered and verified under the same user’s name. dsh2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
Any funds obtained through means that violate these terms—including promo exploitation, fraud, or multiple accounts—may be withheld or cancelled without compensation. dsh2 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party financial institutions during transaction processing.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current platform policies and may change from time to time.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
The dsh2 platform is provided "as is." dsh2 makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or suitability for any purpose. To the extent permitted by law, dsh2’s liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user and remaining in their account at the time of a claim. dsh2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the dsh2 platform are the exclusive property of dsh2 or its third-party licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or reusing any such content without prior written permission from dsh2. The dsh2 brand name and logo are protected trademarks.
Dsh2 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for reasons including violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, prolonged inactivity, or upon user request. If an account is closed due to terms violation, balances related to unauthorized activity may not be refunded. Users wishing to voluntarily close their account can contact dsh2 customer support.

The dsh2 platform may integrate with or refer to third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and video streaming providers. dsh2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third parties. Dsh2 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
